We recommended to do a diagnosis on the unit with it being only three years old. During diagnosis we found that the bottom water heating element had failed. This will be the bare minimum repair in order to get hot water back up and going. Water heating elements mainly failed due to poor water quality. We are going to recommend to install a water softener to take care of this issue. We also recommend to install a new top and bottom heating element at the one service in order to save money in the future. We also recommend to replace the anode rod for the unit.
