Technician installed new basket strainer and two water shut off valves under sink in the break room/kitchen. Tested afterwards. No leaks and draining properly. Tech also looked underneath all the sinks in the building and nothing is leaking. The laundry sink in the maintenance room show signs of past leaking. So does the water heater, installed in 2012.
