Andrew called us out to take care of some burst pipes in his home. We found that the home was half on a slab and half on a crawlspace. He would like to have pex waterline’s installed force home. We let him know that Pex is a good material to combat with freezing water lines. The waterlines in the slab part are in the outside wall but is double insulated. We did recommend to him that he installs the waterlines in the slab but he does not want to go forward with that. We gave him several options as far as his approach on where he wants to attack. He said he would like to see if we could work on the pricing for his needs. <br>
