Technician Mike responded to a call in a duplex concerning water leaking from unit 103 down through the bathroom ceiling in unit 101. Upon arrival Mike met Jamie, unit 101. She showed Mike her bathroom ceiling above the tub/shower had water damage. Jamie then took Mike upstairs to unit 103 and introduced him to Emily, unit 103. The top portion of the tub stopper was missing and misaligned. Emily also showed Mike that her lavatory faucet has very low pressure on the cold side. Mike then called the property owner Yasmina and explained the situation. To start, Yasmina agreed to have Mike cut a hole in the bathroom ceiling to gain access below the tub for unit 103 to pin point the leak. After this was preformed it was discovered that the seal of the tub shoe was bad. Also there is no water proof caulking around the tub. Multiple options were given. Mike then replaced the seal on the tub shoe and installed a new tub stopper. Put white water proof caulking around the lip of the tub and w
