After talking to Adam an inspection I found that the Prv is leaking an hammering when it has water running thru it also found expansion tank has failed an is full of water. I replaced the old Prv with a double check Prv an a new expansion tank after installation I tested and adjusted the water pressure to 72 psi I originally had it set at 60 but Adam asked if I could turn the pressure up a bit after that I tested fixtures an everything I tested had good pressure.
