Mr Erb called Spartan plumbing for a water leak at hall bathroom on second floor plastic angle stops leaking from within and needed replacement. Presented client option for whole home replacement of shut off valves along with isolated shut off valves to one lavatory faucet with issue client spoke with wife over phone and chose option one to replace all shut off valves remaining in home that are plastic. Existing lavatory faucets are 3/8 diameter copper supplies and require 3/8 x 3/8 flex hose with new shut off valve. All have been tested with pressurized water and walk-through with homeowner. Client had a concern with Roman tub in master bath with hot water fluctuation when toilet is flushed removed access panel and confirmed Roman tub does not have mixing valve. Due to the costs associated and limited access client does not want to move forward with mixing valve installation.
