Correct all above ground drainage issues within the home for all of the fixtures. We will install all new drainage plumbing to the upstairs bathroom and the bathroom on the first floor. All toilets will be pulled and reset with new flanges. All sinks will have new traps and connections. Shower on the first floor will have a new trap for the drain. The laundry drain will be corrected with a new trap and a proper vent. The kitchen sink will also have new drainage plumbing in the crawlspace and under the sink. We will install a dedicated vent into the attic portion of the upstairs. We will not be installing a new roof flashing for the vent if there is not a roof flashing currently. We will install a new drain connection for the floor level cast iron fitting coming out of the floor in the basement. We will install a new push gasket into the cast iron fitting and we will install a new cleanout for any future drain maintenance. All drains will be up to code and properly sealed. None of thi
