Jamie arrived at Cory and Karen’s house for a mainline back out upon arrival Cory and Karen show Jamie that any time any water was ran it would back up out of the floor drain in the basement. Jamie was unsuccessful in getting the main line open and flowing Jamie contacted operations manager to let him know that Jamie was unsuccessful and would not charge anything to attempt cleaning the drain.
