Braden the tech came on site and met the home owner Patrick. When we showed up he let us know that the sewer smell has been gone since we were out last week. The smell is not present. Patrick let us know that it’s nothing we would want to move forward with at the moment. He will let us know if it comes back. We recommend for him to do a smoke test on his drain system. He does have a larger home with a 2nd story. We found a clean out in the front yard. We can do all of our smoke testing from the sewer clean out in the front yard by the door. We also checked Patrick’s pressure and expansion tank for the home and everything on site tested OK. We showed Patrick the quote for the sewer smell before he left for work.
