Technicians Mike and Taylor responded to a call concerning discoloration in the half bathroom ceiling on the first floor of the home. Upon arrival techs met Chris who directed them to the half bath. Chris explained that 48 hours ago the discoloration was not there. On Wednesday evening Chris and had a lot of people over. On Thursday evening he discovered the stain on the ceiling. Above the half bath is a full bath. Chris said he installed the toilet in the full bath last year and never had any issues. Mike checked around the toilet and the stability.
