Scott Acre contacted Spartan plumbing with leaking Moen cartridge located on second floor. Today’s water test highlighted elevated chlorine levels within the water supply and a slightly above average hardest level at 10 grains per gallon of harness. Water pressure slightly elevated at just about 79 psi which is very close to 80 psi which would void any plumbing and equipment warranty. Will recommend a pressure reducing valve to be installed into the portable water system to help regulate water pressure throughout home and maintain good flow.
