Technician pulled hair and gunk out of two upstairs bathroom tub shoes and snaked through the tub waste overflow on both of them. Both are flowing great. Part of the cross in the chrome tub shoe for the bathroom in the upstairs hallway crumbled while removing the pop up tub stopper. Showed and explained to customer. Tech to tell office in the morning to give her a call and set up an appointment for next week to quote out a replacement. Possibly for both bathrooms to upgrade them. “3 month warranty on the two tub drainsâ€
