Client main concern was repairing this hose faucet, presented options initially for access panel install and freeze proof hose faucet replacement, due to accessibility issues multiple holes in drywall were cut and unable to replace with access panel client understands and will deduct the cost of access panel install. Installed Woodford 17 post faucet with one year parts and labor warranty and cannot be responsible for first hose Fossett due to hose being left on unit during winter months.
