Technician Alex was called out to install a customer supplied kitchen faucet. Upon arrival David greeted Alex with the brand new faucet that he had just bought for his kitchen. Also Alex noticed under the sink that the some of the shut off valves were leaking. Prices were quoted out in order to install the kitchen faucet along with replace all stops under the sink.
