Customer has leak in basement. Cause of leak is coming from hvac system. Referred to McAfee. Tested floor drain in basement. No back ups. Toilets are 12 years old. Canister seals are showing signs of age. Customer states toilet sometime continuously runs. Water level in tank appears to fill inconsistently. Recommend replacing fill valve. Replaced fill valve and canister seals are in toilets. Dye tested tanks no leaks. Customer has tankless water heater about 2-3 years old. Recommend flushing unit. Customer would like to be scheduled for flushing. Whole house water pressure is at 100 psi. Recommend replacing PRV (quote attached) Water hardness is at 27 and found resin in toilet tanks.
