This estimate is to cut into the bathroom wall on the second floor men’s ADA compliant toilet stall in order to install a bathroom shut off. Estimate is based off of visible issues if unforeseen circumstances do arise the client will be contacted and a new estimate may be given. Majestic Plumbing and Electric is not responsible for drywall or tile damage, repair, or replacement. This estimate is also for during regular operating hours during some course of the repair the water will have to be shut off for a number of hours.
