This applies to the shower having a Moen Posi-Temp style cartridge. âš ï¸ If this is a multi family dwelling such as an apartment, high rise, or condo, we may have to shut off the water for a section of the building in order to perform this repair. If this is the case the customer will be charged an additional fee for the drain down time in order to replace the cartridge for the shower. This will be assessed once we arrive on site. 🎗This estimate does not include us performing a leak search test in order to find where any leaks are coming from. If the customer wishes for us to perform this diagnosis we will give them an estimate of what this will be on site. We may have to cut open drywall in order to find the leaks. We are not responsible for any drywall repair.
