CUSTOMER STATED : Master bathroom garden Tub is leaking. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the tenants concern of the master bathroom garden tub leaking from the tub spout. Waste and over flow plate has also fallen off. Waste and over flow plate needed to be shaved down to properly connect to the over flow piping. RESOLUTION : Replaced tub spout and shaved waste / overflow plate to properly seal tub. Repairs have been tested and at this point in time showing no further concerns.
