It was a pleasure serving you and your family. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us and the community.
Mike and Emanuel are excellent plumbers. The installation of our Rinnai tankless water heater involved removing two old 50 gallon water heaters running in parallel so the current pipes needed to be rerouted and capped. New unit is visually so much better and the recirculating feature is giving us immediate hot water in the furthest faucet from the source. We still don’t understand all the features available with this new system but I’m sure we will figure them out over time.
Response from My Georgia Plumber:

Tech Notes: I found that this is a AO Smith 40 natural gas water heater located in the garage of the home, and has just reached its seventh year of age, which is outside of manufacturing warranty. I found that the thermal expansion has failed, and full of water. I made the h/o aware that this is a safety/code device that will need to be replaced every 4-6 years. While on site the h/o wanted to have the basement kitchen faucet replaced, and had a brand new Kohler faucet on site as well. I presented options to have this done through service, and the h/o elected to move forward with replacements. Resolution/Recommendations: I was able to successfully replace both the thermal expansion tank, and the basement kitchen faucet with no issues. I fully pressurized both systems with no further issues or leaks. Job Notes:**Please charge the CC in the pinned notes in the amount of $721.23 for todays completed work** Job Status: Complete Estimates: Sold/Completed
Customer stated: interested in their annual plumbing inspection. Tech notes: My Georgia Plumber went out to perform an Annual Whole Home Plumbing Inspection on all sinks, faucets, toilets, showers/tubs that could possibly leak or need to be brought to the home owner’s attention. Resolution: inspected all tubular, kitchen/bathroom sinks, toilets, showers/bathtubs for any signs on age or leaks and made sure everything is working correctly.
Gas Line Services: I installed a new gas line for the client’s backyard BBQ setup. The installation was completed to code with a leak-free, pressure-tested line that safely supports outdoor gas appliance use.
Water Softener System Maintenance: While servicing a water softener, we identified a malfunctioning timer disrupting the regeneration process. We installed a reliable replacement, recalibrated the system, and conducted extensive testing to guarantee consistent water softening and prevent mineral buildup in plumbing fixtures.
Sump Pump Repair: A malfunctioning sump pump caused by a faulty float switch was promptly addressed by our team. We replaced the defective component, restoring the sump pump's functionality and preventing potential water buildup and basement flooding.
Water Heater Repairs: A homeowner experiencing inconsistent hot water reached out for help. Our technicians identified a faulty heating element in the water heater, replaced it quickly, and restored efficient hot water supply for their daily needs.
Water Line Leak Repair: Upon arriving at the client's home, I was tasked with investigating a suspected water line leak. Utilizing advanced leak detection equipment, I accurately pinpointed the location of the leak beneath the ground. After excavating the area, I carefully repaired the damaged section of the water line. I then restored the site to its original condition, taking care to minimize any disruption to the client’s property and landscape.
Sewer Line Camera Inspection: I was called to address a recurring sewage issue, where traditional methods had failed to identify the root cause. Using advanced camera technology, I thoroughly examined the sewer line, identifying a major blockage caused by tree roots. After pinpointing the issue, I recommended an appropriate solution and promptly resolved it, restoring the client's sewage system to full functionality. This precise approach prevented future costly repairs and provided the homeowner with peace of mind.
