Tech notes: My Georgia Plumber went out today to perform an Annual Water Heater Flush. Upon arrival we found a 14 year old Rheem 50 gallon natural gas water heater located in the basement of the home. The water heater is functioning properly but has reached its expected life. We recommend replacement of the heater to prevent any damage. Did not perform the flush due to the age. Job status: complete.
