Customer stated: sink is not draining and toilet flushes by itself. Technician notes: We arrived and investigated the issue. The lavatories in the master bathroom are draining very slowly. When only one side is used there are gurgling noises pointing to severely restricted flow in the drains. We disassembled the tubular drain from the right-side lavatory and ran a sewer machine down the drain to try and clear the clog. We were able to pullout a 4 inch sheet of hair and hair dye that was restricting the flow of the drain. We reassembled the tubular drain under the right side and the tested the sink. Both sides drained normally. The toilet tank was overfilling because the fill valve was not correctly adjusted and the tank is filling to the overflow pipe. We adjusted the fill valve and the toilet now functions normally. Resolution/Recommendations: Ran a sewer machine to clear the lavatory drain. The clog was cleared. The lavatories were tested and now function normally
