CUSTOMER STATED: Disposal is not working TECHNICIAN NOTES: We arrived and assessed the disposal. The disposal emits a burning smell and was leaking for the bottom. We disconnected and removed the old disposal. We then assembled and installed the new disposal. The disposal was then tested. Functions normally with no leaks. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Removed old disposal that was not functional and installed new unit. Tested the disposal after installation and new unit is functional and has no leaks
