Technician notes: We arrived and were directed to the affected bathroom. We tested the sink and found that there was no water when turning the sink on. We disconnected the cold supply line and confirmed that the supply was receiving water. We then backfed the line and collected the water in a bucket. There was a large amount of sediment that exited the line. We repeated the process for the hot side and then cleaned out the aerator. The sink then functioned properly. The toilet was not filling properly due to a valve not being turned on in the tank. We corrected the issue and tested. The toilet then functioned properly Resolution/Recommendations: After removing built up sediment, the sink is functioning properly. After turning the fill valve on the toilet was tested and functions properly.
