Customer stated: Replacing water heater Technician notes: We arrived and inspected the area. We attached a hose and drained the heater. Once drained we removed the gas connections and cut the inlet and outlet lines to remove the heater. We unboxed and prepped the new heater. We put the new heater into position and started attaching the inlet and outlet lines, the gas line, and started running a cpvc line for the t&p valve. We filled the heater, restored the gas connection, and then ignited the pilot light. The heater is running with no leaks. Resolution/Recommendations: Removed old water heater and replaced with new water heater.
