Estimate to replace existing prv due to high pressure Tech notes: Called out to home to replace existing prv due to high pressure. Took the old prv out and replaced with new prv in the basement of home. Turned water back on to make sure no leaks were present and new prv is working properly. Checked water pressure also to make sure it was accurately working properly. Advised home owner they were able to use their water as normal and to keep an eye on the pressure and to let mgp know if any other issues arise. While on site, customer has a creaking wooden floor in main level powder bathroom. Toilets rocks a little bit, recommended to customer to have toilet pulled and have flange inspected. Reinstall toilet with new wax ring. Job is completed.
