CUSTOMER STATED : Need new 200 gallon grease trap installed. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Customer recently sold restaurant and inspector is needing them to replace the existing rusted out 200 gallon grease trap located in the kitchen area of the restaurant. Customer stated we quoted a 0$ estimate fee. RESOLUTION : Will need to build estimates back at the shop when i can sit down with mike. JOB NOTES : Job not complete Need to build proper estimates.
