CUSTOMER STATED: leak showing up in living room TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out to location to diagnose issue and found a water drain in living room area while speaking to home owners about issue they explained this mainly happened when it’s raining hard, when I went up to crawl space I found a water damage, humid spot plus water on insulation, this is not a plumbing related issue but a roofing issue.
