CUSTOMER STATED : There is a leak appearing on the ceiling in the bathroom downstairs. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the concerns of a leak causing secondary damage to the ceiling in the full guest bathroom on the main level. 2nd full guest bathroom is located directly above. Upon testing, we found the shower head that was recently installed by the customer son in law was leaking. Leaking shower head was causing a stream of water to go behind the face plate of the tub / shower trim and finding its way to the ceiling on the bottom level of the home. While on site we also found a double union prv distributing low water pressure. Customer decided she will have her son in law attempt to reseal the shower head upstairs and only wanted us to replace the prv located in the garage to get the system back up to code. RESOLUTION : Cut drywall on ceiling in full guest bathroom on the main level to diagnose leak and replaced the double union zurn prv located in the garage. Repairs have
