Attic is accessible, accessed attic and found staining in rafters above master bedroom closet. Water is leaking from the roof into the bedroom ceiling. Not a plumbing issue. Measured water pressure at 120 psi, indicating 3/4” Prv in garage has failed and needs to be replaced. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: CHW did not authorize Prv replacement.
