The homeowner owner the washer supply line removed from shut off We for that the supply line is stuck on the shut off valve and will not loosen We attempted to remove it and it would not move So we gave home owner options they chose to just replace the cold shut off We replaced the cold shut off valve in the washer box Tested with no issues Job complete
