Your technician team led by Trevor was excellent , helpful and knowledgeable. Completed the job efficiently and completely. While like many we are still surprised at the level of pricing that professional services is costing these days, we appreciate the discount that members get; and it would be even more well received to possibly get slightly bigger discounts in the future for maintaining a membership.
