Water heater is currently leaking due to age. Unit is a natural gas heater built in 2001, will need to completely replace the unit to resolve the issue with all required code items. Will most likely need a tall skinny unit due to the area we have to work with currently. Tech will be sitting with Dan to create a proper estimate..
