CUSTOMER STATED: downstairs bathroom was backing up with sewage and leaking on the floor. TECHNICIAN NOTES: technician found that the whole sewer line was backed up due to an unknown cause most likely roots due to the technician getting his cable stuck about 50 to 60 feet down the line outside the home. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Mike will be heading to the customer directly after his other jobs to retrieve the cable.
