Customer stated: they had a leak coming from the apartment above. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leaking coming from the apartment above. While on site home owner told me that there is water that drips from his vent directly above the kitchen sink. He stated that it hasn’t occurred since he’s called in to us. I went to the apartment above and and ran water from the kitchen sink for 15 minutes and couldn’t get a single drop to show. Tenant in the apartment above stated in the apartment complex’s they’ve had a lot of leaks due to structural issues when it rains. Tenant stated the leak accrued when the heavy rains came in. Resolution: I found no issue with the plumbing in the apartments. I would have a construction contractor come out and look at the window in front of the kitchen. Job status complete.
