Customer/ Tenant States: She has no hot water/ very little hot water. Our repair last time did not help the hot water situation. Technician Notes: Out today to provide an estimate for ResiPro to replace the 40 gallon electric water heater in the outdoor utility closet per ResiPro’s request. Unit is not creating hot water like it should and I recommended tank be replaced. On previous trip, I rebuilt the inlet side. ResiPro also needs an electrician out to look into the power line running to this water heater. It is not protected and the threads are frayed. Resolution: Built estimate to a new water heater to be installed. ResiPro will need an electrician out prior to us installing a new water heater as this electrical line is not proper and/ or long enough.
