CUSTOMER STATED : We have no hot water. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the tenants concerns of there being no hot water in the home. When I arrived I found a 50 gallon natural gas water heater that was not holding a flame. Once I turned gas control valve to pilot, I was able to get the pilot light to turn on and I was also able to get the burner assembly to light. RESOLUTION : Lit existing 50 gallon natural gas water heater located in the garage. After lighting water heater, I waited for 10 minutes to see if the flame would go back out. Flame stayed lit.
