CUSTOMER STATED : There is a leak showing up on the bathroom ceiling. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the tenants concerns of a leak appearing around the “fart fan” in the full hallway bathroom located upstairs. Tenant stated this has happened in the past before. Went into attic and found the hvac system to have a constant, steady leak which is causing the discoloration on the ceiling below. Resipro needs a hvac contractor out to fix issues.
