CUSTOMER STATED:water service line leaking on yard. TECHNICIAN NOTES: found 1” black pen water service line leaking in front yard. Due to a tree root growing around the water service line. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS:cutout and replaced section of water service line. It was not very deep at the point of the leak but was lower before and after the spot of the leak.
