Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that everything through out the home has been upgraded, is in great condition, and functioning properly. This home has three full bathrooms (one in basement, two upstairs) on each level of the home with the water heater, and hose bib shut offs in the basement/garage of the home. Resolution/Recommendations: There are no mechanical/plumbing issues for today’s annual plumbing inspection. Job Notes:**This is a HCC member, and there are no charges for today’s visit.
