CUSTOMER STATED: leaking coming from shower is worse then it was before the repair. He also stated that the repair lasted about a week and then started leaking again but was worse TECHNICIAN NOTES: found shower drain leaking again. Master bathroom walk in shower has multiple little cracks in fiberglass base. Attempted to tighten up shower drain further to see if it wasn’t tightened enough and shower drain was fully tight. Managed to get an extra half turn in shower before I was uncomfortable tightening any further. This slowed the leak below slightly but as soon as weight is put on shower base the leak comes back far worse then before. I believe one of the cracks has fully made it through the fiberglass RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: replace shower base and walls JOB NOTES: need to have this put on a do not go to go over autho and estimate with Dan later JOB STATUS: not completed PARTS: (IF INCOMPLETE ARE STOCK OR SPECIAL ORDER PARTS NEEDED?)
