Customer/ Tenant States: No water is coming to the washer in the laundry room. Technician Notes: Upon arrival, the hot water was off on the hot side valve in the washer box. Tested both connections for flow. Water is making it to the washer on the hot and cold side. Water would not flow into washer. There is an issue with the tenants washer.
