08/06/2024 CUSTOMER STATED: Master bath sink would not drain properly due to pop-up being stuck in right side sink. TECHNICIAN NOTES: out today to look at a sink in the master bath that will not drain properly due to pop up being stuck. Upon inspection pop up assembly under the sink was malfunctioning . RESOLUTION/ RECOMMENDATIONS: Today I made adjustments to the pop-up assembly and tested to make sure it was functioning properly. Recommended replacing entire pop-up if issue presents itself again.
