Customer stated water company came out and said that they had a large leak inside the house Technician notes after inspecting I was able to determine that the line from the meter to inside by isolating the line using the main water shut off. There are no signs of water leaking inside The home. Leak is coming from after the PRV. The home is on a slab in the Prv is located underneath the water heater in the garage. Resolution my recommendation is to have leak detection out due to the leaking under the slab inside the home, as there is no signs of any water inside the home with this large leak.
