8/5/24 job notes : Dispatched and arrived to fill out 3 point inspection. RESOLUTION : Filled out 3 point inspection form. Job complete. CUSTOMER STATED: Need to replace water heater. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out today for constellation to replace a 50 gallon natural gas water heater that was supplied by constellation. Water heater located within closet in garage hasn’t been producing hot water in over 10 days per the customer. Existing water heater shut off, thermal expansion tank, and gas supply line are showing no concerns and are working as they should. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Replaced 50 gallon natural gas water heater in garage only. Water has been restored to the home to fully pressurize all repairs made today. There are no further concerns at this point in time and new water heater is currently heating up it’s water. JOB NOTES: Please bill constellation for water heater replacement.
