8/22/24 job notes : Out today to perform a major rebuild on 3 handle shower valve in the full guest hallway bathroom located upstairs. While on site today tenant stated after repairing master bathroom shower, shower head now has low water pressure. Shower head has been checked and appears to be clogged by debris. Could not remove all debris from shower head and had to be replaced as well to resolve tenants concerns. RESOLUTION : Performed major rebuild on 3 handle shower valve and replaced shower head in master bathroom during todays visit. CUSTOMER STATED: Master shower leaks, guest bathroom shower head has low water pressure, guest bathroom tub/shower leaks. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out today for the tenants concerns of the master bathroom shower leaking on the hot side due to stem missing washer, for low water pressure in the guest bathroom due to a broken shower head, and for the guest bathroom tub/shower leaking due to a broken diverter stem / missing stem washers.
