This is a complimentary service estimate for my Georgia plumber to remodel the jack and Jill bathroom located upstairs and turn bathroom into 2 separate full bathrooms, floor plan will not effect the price. At time of booking customer will need to advise My Georgia Plumber of which plan but the pricing is the same. This estimate is based on all of the demolition (including all tile removed to expose sub-floor) and framing being completed prior to My Georgia Plumer arriving. This takes into account that the customer will be supplying all components for this project to include the shower stall, shower valve, vanities and toilet. My Georgia Plumber will remove the necessary subfloor to add the new drain and supply lines. Drain lines will be extended through the floor and supply lines capped to allow for drywall and flooring to be installed. This estimate will be for the Supply & drain relocation, setting two toilets (the existing one will need to be removed to allow access to the
