Customer stated: Pipe is leaking in the garage, tenant believes its happening when running the shower. Tech notes: Called out to home for water leak in garage. While on site we ran our test and found that the master bathroom bathtub 3 handle excusion platets was not sealed properly or at all. Due to that water was leaking on to the garage ceiling. Also we found that the said tub in master bathroom wasn’t draining properly. Resolution: silicone the 3 handle plates to shower wall and clear blockage in drain bathtub. Run test to ensure that there isn’t any further leaks or drainage issues. Advised customer to not use shower for 24 hours
