TECHNICIAN NOTES: We investigated the reported issues. The toilet in the lady’s room was leaking when flushed. We removed the old vacuum breaker and gasket from the toilet and replaced it with a new vacuum breaker and gasket. The toilet was tested after the repair and there were no leaks. The automatic sink was not turning on. We removed the cover for the solenoid and noticed that the power light was no turning on. We removed the battery pack and changed out the batteries with new AA batteries. We replaced the battery pack and the power light came on. We tested the sink and it functioned normally.
