Tech notes: out today for high water bill. Upon arrival, inspected toilets inside home found that one of the fill valve parts was sitting in the tank. Reinstalled piece onto fill valve for upstairs toilet. And the downstairs toilet flapper has failed. Installed new flapper on downstairs toilet. Checked and tested. Everything is functioning properly at this time. Pressure on home is good
