6/13/24 Preston b notes : CUSTOMER STATED : There is a leak under the kitchen sink. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the tenants concern of a leak under the kitchen sink. After inspecting, we found the right side of the sink to be leaking from the basket Strainer. RESOLUTION : Replaced basket strainer for right side of kitchen sink. Basket strainer has been tested and is showing no further leaks or concerns at this time. JOB NOTES : Please bill resipro for work completed today. JOB STATUS : Job complete Customer is not answering the phone or the door. Tried to call multiple times with no success.
